Our Promise

If your packaging arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed, made-to-order, or personalised packaging cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty or incorrect, as these are produced specifically for you.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange collection or replacement and confirm next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (including M-Pesa) within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
