Yes. We offer custom printing and branding on boxes, bags, and pouches - add your logo, colours, and artwork. Share your design or brief and we'll prepare a sample and quote. Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days.
Yes. Many of our products are used by food businesses across Kenya - kraft paper bags for bakeries and bread, takeaway packaging for cafés and restaurants, and stand-up pouches for dry foods like coffee, tea, spices, and snacks. Tell us what you sell and we'll recommend the right packaging.
Yes. Our corrugated boxes and cartons come in a range of sizes suitable for moving house, office relocations, and shipping goods. Pair them with bubble wrap, void fill, and packaging tape for a complete solution - order online for delivery or visit our Nairobi shop on Koinange Street.
Absolutely. We supply both retail quantities and bulk/wholesale orders for businesses, with discounted pricing on larger volumes. Contact our team for a wholesale quote tailored to your needs.
Most Nairobi orders placed before 2 PM go out the same day. If we miss same-day, you'll have it the next morning. We'll notify you the moment your order is dispatched.
Yes. We deliver throughout Kenya via our courier partners (typically 1–3 business days) and across East Africa - Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
There is no strict minimum - we serve both small businesses and large buyers. For the best per-unit pricing, ask about our bulk and wholesale rates.
We accept M-Pesa (STK push directly to your Safaricom number) and bank transfer. For M-Pesa, simply enter your PIN on your phone when prompted to complete your purchase securely.
Yes. M-Pesa transactions are processed through Kopo Kopo, a licensed Safaricom payments partner. You enter your PIN on your own device and we only receive a transaction confirmation reference. We never store or transmit your M-Pesa PIN.
If your packaging arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. Request a return within 7 days of delivery - items must be unused and in original condition. Custom-printed orders cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
